1- Wash your face and neck with a cleanser & rinse with a splash of cold water

2- Pat dry with a soft towel or cotton pad

3- Apply a few drops of facial oil/ serum/ cream to the face and neck.

4- In an upward roll, begin at the base of the neck & work your way up to the jaw line. Repeat 5-10 times more. Rolling lower around the decolletage
area is also an option.

5- Place the large end of the rose quartz roller on your chin and roll it towards your ear with medium pressure. Repeat 5-6 times in the same location,
then travel up along your cheek. Repeat the process on the other side.

6- Carry on with the top and lower lips, as well as the chin. Make your way to the ear lobe by rolling down the lower jawbone of the chin. Repeat on the
opposite side.

7- Apply medium pressure with the small end and roll from the inner eye to the outside corner. Switch to the opposite eye after 10-15 repetitions.

8- Next, work your way up to your forehead. Roll the large end of your forehead towards your ear, starting in the center. Switch to the opposite
side of your forehead and repeat the same 5-6 times.
